Our products are digital, with immediate access. In line with EU consumer law, by purchasing and accessing them you request immediate performance and waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. Cryptocurrency payments are, by nature, irreversible. Accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions: if a product is faulty, wholly inaccessible, or materially not as described, contact support@stackd.icu within 14 days and we will fix access or, at our discretion, provide a replacement. Free challenges are provided so you can evaluate the platform before paying.
