1.1 Who we are. stackd ("we", "us") is operated from Belgium (legal entity and company registration to be added). Contact: support@stackd.icu.
1.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
1.3 Accounts. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity on your account. One account per person. Do not share accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
1.4 What stackd is. An offensive-security training platform: practice challenges, isolated live lab instances, and educational resources. All targets are provided by us and are intended solely for practice within the platform.
1.5 Subscriptions. Lab access is sold as fixed periods (1, 3 or 12 months). Payment is taken up front; there is no auto-renewal — access ends at the period's end unless you purchase a new period. Prices are shown in USD or EUR.
1.6 One-off purchases. Shop items are digital products delivered as downloads or unlocked access after payment.
1.7 Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe; cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments. We do not receive or store your full card number. By paying you accept the relevant processor's terms.
1.8 No refunds. Digital products and subscriptions grant immediate access and are non-refundable (see Refund Policy). Free challenges let you evaluate the platform before paying.
1.9 Intellectual property. Challenges, writeups, resources and branding are ours or our licensors'. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your own learning. No resale, redistribution or public reposting of paid content or writeups.
1.10 Acceptable use. Your use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. Using the skills or infrastructure to attack systems you are not authorised to test is strictly prohibited and may be reported.
1.11 Availability & disclaimer. The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
1.12 Termination. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms; you may delete your account at any time (Privacy Policy, erasure).
1.13 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium; disputes fall under the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
